1. What are Rozali Rai brushes made of?
Our brush set includes both natural and synthetic fibers. Each brush is designed to deliver professional performance, smooth application, and a luxurious feel.
2. Are the natural brushes cruelty-free?
Yes. All natural hair used in our brushes is sourced responsibly and cruelty-free.
3. How do I care for my brushes?
We recommend washing your brushes every 1–2 weeks with a gentle brush cleanser or mild shampoo. Avoid soaking the ferrule and always dry brushes with the bristles facing downward.
4. Can I return or exchange my brushes?
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Used or washed brushes are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United States and carrier delays. You will receive an automatic email with tracking information once your order ships.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
7. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please email us at info@rozalirai.com with your order number and photos of the damage. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your email.
10. Are the colors of the brushes exactly as shown?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or device screens, but differences are minimal.
